Chairman’s Commendation for CVTF from Cambridgeshire County Council

We are delighted to have received commendation from Cambridgeshire County Council’s Chairman for the sterling work the Cambourne’s Volunteer Task Force (CVTF) did in helping the Cambourne community with services and support during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

Cllr Mark Howell, highlighted the efforts of CVTF for the support Cambourne’s Volunteer Task Force has provided to the people of Cambridgeshire during the national pandemic.

Cllr Mac McGuire, Chairman of Cambridgeshire County Council had these words to say with regard to this honour:

“On behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council, I would like to thank you for your contribution and I am delighted to attach a Chairman’s commendation certificate as recognition of your services and support during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We also plan to honour the organisation publically on the County Council website as part of a ‘roll of honour’ and plan to mention the work you have done as part of our ongoing media updates about how Cambridgeshire came together and supported each other during this time.
